How much does it cost?

You pay in credits: each PDF page you convert uses one credit from your balance, and you choose which pages to convert. You can try one page without an account, and a free account adds 5 free credits. Credits from a credit pack never expire. Translating a document into another language uses the same credits, priced by its characters (spaces and line breaks don't count): 1 credit per 1,000 Chinese, Japanese or Korean characters, or per 2,000 characters in other languages, rounded up for each document. You see the exact number of credits before anything is charged.

Do credits expire?

Credits from a credit pack never expire. A monthly plan gives a new allowance every month, and unused plan credits don't roll over. Free credits never expire.

What if a conversion fails?

If reading your document fails, the credits set aside for it are returned to your balance. If a conversion finishes but the result isn't usable because of a problem on our side, the refund policy explains how to get the credits back.
